Hello I’m Chrissy and today I'm reviewing Diamine Classic Green ink.
Classic Green is a relatively new ink from Diamine and is what I would call an olive type green that leans more yellow than blue. It has become a popular ink within a short amount of time.
It’s reasonably saturated and exhibits some nice shading. I found it flowed very well with all of the pens I tried it in, didn’t feel dry, and lubrication was nicely smooth across the page.
My review was written on Clairefontaine 90gsm smooth coated paper, that is not very absorbent, and I saw no spread, feathering, show-through or bleed-through.
Dry time was within 12-16 seconds on my test.
Classic Green is not sold as a waterproof ink but showed a little water resistance.
I found clean up on hands and in pens was easy. No staining remained.
