Very pleased to have been able to work with Anna and Martin of the Writing Desk. They have taken me from my early Lamy nib replacement days through to the 2000 and a range of inks and pen cases along with nib adjustments.At all times it has been a pleasure - they have a wealth of writing instrument experience and have always been speedy, professional and very decent with me. Excellent service as usual! Both orders for Lamy & Kaweco nibs arrived well protected & quickly. Ditto the excellent Lamy pens ordered over recent months, ie. a black Studio 66 LX & Studio 67 imperial blue. Both well-balanced pens with very reliable true EF nibs, ideal for longer writing sessions & pleasing to the eye. Brilliant! In fact, ever since my first order from The Writing Desk in 2013, it's been a genuine pleasure dealing with them. Their service 2nd to none. So it's sad to read that my favourite online shop for fountain pens & accessories will be closing the retail side of their business by 31st March. - Thanks again to Anna & Martin & best wishes with your future ventures!
