Lovely ink, great shading, but new style bottle!
Great ink – very easy flow with lovely shading. Once it’s down and dry, which happens reasonably quickly, it stays put.
The only downside is that it comes in the new, rectangular bottle rather than the lovely old style with the internal reservoir! It’s much less convenient to fill your pen now.

UK postage is FREE over £35 but otherwise starts at £1.80 for small items (converters, refills etc) or £3.30 for ink, stationery etc.
Overseas shipping starts at only £4.00. The exact cost varies by price, weight and delivery country so to find out your final shipping cost just add the item to your shopping basket and select the delivery country. You don't have to enter any personal details - just an e-mail address but this isn't stored unless you create an account. We offer a choice of shipping services from Royal Mail and DHL.
VAT (at 20%) is automatically taken off for destinations outside the UK. Note that if you are ordering within the EU you will have to pay VAT when your parcel arrives.
Availability
If an item is in stock, the words "In stock" will be shown. If an item is out of stock, the approximate number of days before we get another delivery will be shown instead. You may still be able to order the item, but there will be a delay before we can dispatch your item(s). If the words "Please enquire" are shown, it's best to check with us first before ordering.
Nib choices for fountain pens
If we show the pen with the default nib selection shown in stock it means we have stock of that pen. If you select another nib size and the website doesn't say "in stock" we can usually supply that pen immediately as we keep extensive supplies of nibs from all our manufacturers.
Lovely ink, very smooth
Really smooth, well-flowing ink in the fine, medium, and broad nibs I use to write. Lovely shading and dries more quickly than expected.
Colour is a little less blue on paper than it appears on my screen, but that could just be the colour settings on my monitor. An attractive ink that's good for nearly everything
Only downside: they did away with the lovely old bottle and its neat built-in filling reservoir. The new bottles aren't as convenient for filling your pen.
