UK postage is FREE over £35 but otherwise starts at £1.80 for small items (converters, refills etc) or £3.30 for ink, stationery etc.
Overseas shipping starts at only £4.00. The exact cost varies by price, weight and delivery country so to find out your final shipping cost just add the item to your shopping basket and select the delivery country. You don't have to enter any personal details - just an e-mail address but this isn't stored unless you create an account. We offer a choice of shipping services from Royal Mail and DHL.
VAT (at 20%) is automatically taken off for destinations outside the UK. Note that if you are ordering within the EU you will have to pay VAT when your parcel arrives.
Availability
If an item is in stock, the words "In stock" will be shown. If an item is out of stock, the approximate number of days before we get another delivery will be shown instead. You may still be able to order the item, but there will be a delay before we can dispatch your item(s). If the words "Please enquire" are shown, it's best to check with us first before ordering.
Nib choices for fountain pens
If we show the pen with the default nib selection shown in stock it means we have stock of that pen. If you select another nib size and the website doesn't say "in stock" we can usually supply that pen immediately as we keep extensive supplies of nibs from all our manufacturers.
Lightning sparkles all round
This is a beautiful sparkly turquoise shade and suits me as I favour turquoise ink for day to day use.
I am really astounded to be the first to write a review of this ink, having purchased "Blue Lightning" some time ago.
This is a high quality high pigmentation ink as expected from Diamine. It works well in all pens [and I have a lot of pens] in which I have used it. It is currently my preferred ink for writing letters to friends and signing birthday and other cards [I have other colours for Xmas - see other reviews].
I was initially surprised at the good flow on this ink given that it contains sparkly particles. However, it has not caused me any issues at all. Then again, as a WES member, I do maintain my pens. Therefore, I recommend that regular flushing between every third or fourth fill is essential.
