Our standard (usually free in the UK) shipping options do not have any tracking. This applies to both UK and overseas orders..
If you chose a tracked service when you checked out (UK: Premium Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL; overseas: Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, Royal Mail Signed or DHL Express) you will receive a separate e-mail (in addition to your dispatch confirmation) with your tracking number when your order has been dispatched. If you did not receive this e-mail, please check your spam folder.
