When we send items outside the UK, the customer will pay the VAT-free price (all prices on our website include VAT at the current rate, unless you select a non-EU country in your shopping basket). If we deliver an item to a UK address we have to charge VAT, even if the customer is about to travel to a destination outside the UK.
Unfortunately, VAT cannot be reclaimed on newly purchased items to be exported outside the UK if those items have been bought from us on-line. Therefore, we are sorry but we cannot help you reclaim the VAT on your purchases from us in this situation.
However, if you buy an item "over the counter" at our shop, we can provide you with the documentation to make your tax reclaim when you get to the airport. If you wish to use this service, please e-mail first to let us know.
More information can be found on the HMRC website (opens in new window).
Since 1st January 2021 (the end of the Brexit transition period) it is no longer possible to reclaim the VAT on goods purchased within Great Britain. Sorry!
