Found the site when I was looking for a valentines gift for my husband. Beautiful pen, smart presentation box and free ink converter included. The website was very straight forward to use. I was so delighted that the pen arrived within 48 hours from ordering!! My husband is delighted with the gift....it looks even better in reality than on the site. My second order in almost as many weeks due to fantastic service and great range of pens and inks. Delivery took just a couple of days and I was really encouraged to see the option for requesting recycled packaging. I have recommended to my stationary-loving friends.

I've used TWD in the past and always been happy with their service. This, coupled with their standard practice of testing nibs before despatch made them the natural choice for buying something more premium at a time when visiting a physical shop to dip test is not possible. Time from ordering to delivery was really quick - only 48 hours which I think is fab given the personal attention involved in fulfilling the order. The team took note of my request for a Visconti Van Gogh Starry Night with a heavier blue/purple composition to the pen body and chose me something beautiful. Whatever they've had to do for the nib before despatch, they've sent me a pen which writes beautifully straight out of the box and is an absolute joy to use. I can't recommend TWD enough and will certainly be back again.
