Excellent service as always. My principal purchase was a Kaweco Sport fountain pen. The plastic is budget quality but that's no problem as it will live in my pocket. The money has been spent in the right place, the nib, which is smooth and precise. Clever design.

As always in my experience, first class service. I had mis-ordered the converters for the pen models I wanted and TWD contacted me to ensure they had the correct ones; love this shop and its fabulous products. Inks are a dream and the pens (I have been buying Kaweco low to mid range), are really well made, good value, great style and write beautifully. A big thank you.

I exchanged a TWSBI 580 AL Emerald Green for a ALR Purple. TWD was most helpful in this and promptly dispatched my new choice without question. I strongly recomend this store to anyone who wishes to buy a fountain pen.
