| I have made many, too many some may say, orders with Anna and Martin and I keep returning.Their service is second to none and they really know what they are talking about.I used to have reservations about ordering pens online, I like to check the nib and make sure everything is perfect and the only place to do that is in a shop - but with The Writing Desk I have no reservations - I know that the pen I am buying will be properly checked and if I were ever to have any queries I know Anna and Martin are a mere email/phone call away.As for purchasing ink - other retailers have sent me colourful, soggy boxes, or even just a jiffy bag - Anna and Martin really know how to wrap a parcel of ink bottles, layers of bubble wrap, plenty of packing "beans" and a decent sized box mean I get my ink in a bottle, not broken glass and colourful cardboard.As for the selection of inks.....it's a hobby of mine, browsing the Col-o-rama page deciding what ink I'd like to try next.11/10 6 Stars out of 5 However you want to score it - The Writing Desk is the best pen and ink retailer there is.
