I know I probably sound like a stuck record but, here goes: The Writing Desk consistently provide perfect service, great products at competitive prices, extremely well packaged for delivery - topped off by really knowing their stuff. On this particular order I knew I was going to be away when my special order arrived with Anna and Martin - they held onto my order and sent it to me when I had returned home. Brilliant service. On a side note - the Caran d'Ache inks are truly jewel like and the bottles will be on display long after they are empty, and the Sailor Saibi Togi nib is delightfully needlepoint - a very light touch and the ink is laid down in a beautifully crisp, clear extremely fine line. Somewhat annoyed I have to give it away as a Yuletide gift....
