It's always a pleasure working with you, and I appreciate the personal touch.One suggestion: in your "order dispatched" email you could include a link to Royal Mail Track & Trace along with "your tracking # is", or if you're particularly cunning you could link directly to the link of the parcel in question. I admit I don't know how to make that complex a macro though!The Vac-700 B is lovely, as expected. The tines were a little out of allignment which I fixed. Also, the nib has a bit of "baby-bottom": the contact area between the tines is a tiny bit recessed so it occasionally has a hard start (yes I unscrew the shut-off valve). I'll keep it for a week or so and see if some paper smooths it out; because it's broad the hard-starts aren't as frequent as I've encountered in F nibs. If it doesn't improve I'll drop you an e-mail.

The Vac700 is a large pen, (particularly when posted), but the overall feel and very smooth quite "wet" nib make for a lovely writing experience that is exceptionally good for the price point.
