Just received my new TWSBI Diamond 580 in Green trim, with a Fine nib and it is beautiful! Inked it up with some J. Herbin in 'Vert Reseda' and it now writes in the exact same shade of green as the trim on the TWSBI. The nib writes fine, but smooth and not at all dry. Very comfortable and pleasant to write with.As always, the level of customer service provided by Anna & Martin was exemplary. Lovely, friendly, prompt, email communication, incredibly fast delivery, item well packaged, lots of options to choose from before ordering, free P&P on it because it's a fountain pen. Really amazing service. I bought a TWSBI Diamond Mini 580 from them, and there was an issue with the nib. I sent them an email, got a prompt response and was told to send it back and they would sort it out. I mailed it off, and they let me know when it arrived and in line to be fixed. They not only fixed the nib issue, but they did it quickly, didn't charge me for the service and were very nice throughout the whole process. Thanks so much!
