I bought a TWSBI fountain pen (classic, fine nib, black) and I want to say that I am verry pleased ! - The pen - better than I expected. I wanted to see what's the fuss about these cheap pens, and I was kind'a reticent about some pens made in Taiwan...but trust me ... writes like a Mont Blanc 146 and looks really stylish and sturdy. No molding marks, no loose threads ... a quality pen.- The Seller (The Writing Desk) I am indeed REALLY pleased with the service they provided. They treat you "like family" and I was impressed by the care and the promptitude that they showed.- The delivery - Really nice packaging, safe, bubble wrap envelope. The delivery time was also quite fast (6 days to my country to my doorstep). Royal mail it's much faster than Deutche Post (trust me on this).- The price - prior to buying this, sure I scouted the prices everywhere (even ebay). They have one of the cheapest prices you can find in Europe. Also I could pay with paypal since I had some funds there. Also - beware that some sellers sell the "mark 1" version of this pen at a HIGHER price than the "mark 2" (that can be posted).I just noticed the prices on some inks that I want are better than Amazon's prices.So I think I am The Writing Desk's customer from now on.Everything was great ! Thank You !
