I have not much to review, because I didn't have any problem, so I didn't need customer service. Everything went smoothly. Even though I ordered 2 ink samples they dispatched my order in 2 days. My package was nicely packed, nothing was broken or spilled. Just as it should be. So thank you very much :)

6 stars service! By mistake I ordered some inks that I already had so I sent an email to customer service asking to modify my order. They were nice enough to take care of me and replace the repeated inks with the ones that I requested. Shipping is always ultra fast and the packing is robust so you can order overseas with no worries!

What can I say apart from Grade A customer satisfaction and good prices! Ordered a pelikan M600 but wasn't satisfied with the size, not a problem! I sent it back and upgraded swiftly to a Pelikan M800, and more ink. Communication has been great and responsive over telephone, e-mail or via the webshop question tool. They we're there to make sure I didn't have any questions, a daunting task when it comes to me! Express shipping was also a plus!I will definetly be back. - JT

I’ve been an online customer of The Writing Desk for many years now and always received excellent service and advice. Their ink sample service in particular is inspired. For those of us who love different inks but buy online it’s too easy to buy a large, expensive bottle of a colour that’s not quite what was expected. This sometimes also leads to not buying ones that might be just perfect. With this service that’s a thing of the past. Additionally it means being able to get a small quantity for a specific project when unlikely to use a full bottle.

Very pleased, arrived fast, well packaged and good price. I would happily recommend this company to friends and I will definitely be ordering again in the future.One thing which could've made my experience easier, I found the pens/pencils very difficult to chose from. I would like to be told which one would suit me. How about you create a form/quiz style thing which uses conditional logic, and ends up suggesting a pen? Just a thought
