Very impressive customer service, my two new fountain pens were immaculately presented. They had been carefully checked and certified by the retailer before sending, and were efficiently wrapped and packed for shipping. My only small caveat is that the manufacturers' guarantee slips contained in the boxes had not been stamped or otherwise endorsed by the retailer. The retailer's own printed receipt would presumably be sufficient if a claim needed to be made, but equally the official documentation with the product is part of the provenance of a given pen, and this is important to collectors.
