Great shop and excellent customer service! Anna helped me choosing the right nib for my left-handed hook style. Love my new Edison Beaumont (1.1 italic) which writes beautifully like my Mina (EF) and Collier (F). Brian Gray definitely knows how to make amazing fountain pens. The Writing Desk is one of the few European shops selling Edison pens.

I received my order from TWD, today: a Pilot MR and a Lamy Al Star Pacific Blue. I was really impressed by the care shown in the way my modest order was packed - a great demonstration of the attention to detail shown by TWD. If I may, however, I would like to suggest that Platinum fountain pens should be added to the range, and also that the Diplomat selection be expanded to include the latest Excellence fountain pens. All in all, a wonderful shop!
