| What is it about purveyors of writing implements? The infectious enthusiasm that Anna & Martin have for their excellent products provides a bastion of old-school service. There is nothing like it in my experience, apart from the Yard-O-Led company, who are similarly top class, offering a lifetime warranty and actually meaning it. Once upon a time, real people in real shops were pretty much all like this, but it’s a privilege and a delight to find such high standards on the internet.
